These terms govern your access to and use of the website, and any orders you place with us. By browsing or shopping, you agree to what follows.

1. Who we are

Void Walker is a premium streetwear label based in Chandigarh, India. References to “we”, “us” or “the studio” mean Void Walker Studio. References to “you” mean the person visiting the site or placing an order.

2. Using the site

You may browse, purchase and share our work for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy our imagery, product photography, copy or branding without written permission.

3. Products & pricing

Every piece is produced in limited quantities. Colours, textures and fit may vary slightly from what appears on screen. Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email from us. If we can’t fulfil an order — due to stock, payment or verification issues — we will notify you and refund the amount in full.

5. Shipping & returns

Shipping timelines, return windows and exchange rules are covered in ourShipping & Return Policy. That policy is a part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, artwork, garment designs, photography and text — is owned by Void Walker Studio and protected by applicable IP laws. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to reuse it commercially.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Void Walker is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh.
