Shipping & Return Policy

Effective July 2026

Every Void Walker piece is made in limited quantity and shipped with care from Chandigarh. Here’s what to expect once you place an order.

1. Shipping across India

Free standard shipping on all orders within India. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days from Chandigarh. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once the order leaves our studio.

2. International shipping

International orders are handled on request. Please write tothevoidwalker9@gmail.comwith your address and we’ll share a quote. Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Order processing

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next working day. During drop launches, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 days.

4. Returns & exchanges

We accept returns and size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.

If the tag is removed, no return or exchange will be accepted.

To start a return, email thevoidwalker9@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll share the return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees, where charged, are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right — at no cost to you.

7. Non-returnable items

Sale items, gift cards and pieces marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
